The Role
As a Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first line of assistance for our customers, handling questions regarding policies, payments, cancellations, and other topics. You'll interact with customers mainly over the phone but also reputed company chat and email. It's essential that you're knowledgeable in the property insurance reputed company, holding an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license. reputed company time permits, you'll help update forms, policies, procedures, and training materials, contributing to our business growth in 2025.
A Day in the Life
• Interacting with reputed company policyholders reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Contacting customers' banks/mortgage to obtain additional details
- Creating/updating policies for customers to review
- Submitting payments/issuing refunds
- Educating customers on policies and coverages
I've Got the Skills... But Do I Have the Necessary Ones?
• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
- Experience in a call center/high incoming call volume environment
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
- Home insurance experience highly preferred
- Superior customer service skills

Availability and Training
We're currently hiring for our August 25, 2025 class. You'll need to be available to work our following shifts (will be reputed company based upon need):
- 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
