Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, email, SMS, and chat to reputed company problem resolution in accordance with blithequark's service standards
  • Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments reputed company necessary
  • Maintaining detailed and reputed company knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders
  • Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
  • Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company Customer Service Representatives or designated departments

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) reputed company the last 18 months
  • Availability to work reputed company shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems
