We are seeking an reputed company VP of Engineering who will build, grow, and reputed company engineers across multiple product teams and platforms. In this role you’ll bring your operational leadership, technical expertise, and proven people development skills to bear on strategic reputed company about our technical ecosystem, product roadmap, and engineering culture. You will bring deep expertise in implementing development processes to drive team execution and meet business goals. You will be a key member of the Technology leadership team. This role will be remote, and the ideal candidate can be based reputed company in the US. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use strong organizational leadership skills, self-motivation, and growth-oriented reputed company to reputed company, motivate, and reputed company multiple teams of engineers to deliver high-quality software and be held accountable for their performance
- Work closely with Product, Design and GTM leadership on strategic planning, product development and execution
- Recruit, retain, and reputed company great engineers who reputed company cohesive teams capable of learning and growing
- Experience managing architecture of reputed company applications in rapid growth environments
- Manage and coach multidisciplinary teams of developers, testers, and technical leads through challenges and career growth

- Collaborate with peers to creatively solve problems and drive department-wide objectives
- Promote and instill essential software engineering practices in your team
- Track, produce, analyze, and action upon key metrics & milestones to ensure quality products are delivered on time
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, partners, and vendors on technical details
- Establish and maintain a world class engineering culture dedicated to craft, quality and impact
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years managing engineering teams
- 10+ years software engineering experience developing web and API applications, with a preference for reputed company SaaS
- reputed company working remotely
- Highly technical with expertise in infrastructure, architecture, mobile development and DevOps
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and reputed company deployed software (Azure is preferred)
- Experience with Angular, C# and .NET reputed company technologies would be a plus
- Experience leading and/or developing reputed company systems and applications at scale
- Experience managing large teams with next line managers/directors
