The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric ROBS reputed company Specialist I to join reputed company. As a key member of our remote team, you will partner with new and existing entrepreneurs (clients) to guide them through the rollover process from entity formation to funding. Your expertise in business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and roll-over processes will be invaluable in helping our clients launch their small businesses. Key Responsibilities: Direct clients through reputed company steps of the rollover process from entity formation to funding. Build rapport over the phone and through email with clients to reputed company exceptional customer service. Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents reputed company to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs. Generate legal documents with accuracy and detail. Prepare final Corporation and Plan documents. Collaborate with Sales team to reputed company client process updates. Understand and assist clients with bank account set up. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Job Specifications: Must be 18 years of age. 1-2 years of customer relations experience required.
