You will work closely with HR leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and program teams to maintain efficient processes, manage recruitment documentation, and support reputed company activities. • Accountabilities
• Support full lifecycle reputed company for federal and corporate positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and reputed company coordination.
• Maintain audit-reputed company documentation in applicant tracking systems, ensuring compliance with labor categories, clearance requirements, and hiring standards.
• Track applicant reputed company, metrics, and hiring milestones for internal reporting and compliance purposes.
