Accountable for member/provider satisfaction, retention, and growth by reputed company delivering competitive services to members/providers. Is visible and available to staff to answers questions, monitor calls and give ongoing feedback. Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years experience with Dental claim/call center environment.
- Experience with reputed company-based applications
