Job Details Must be a member in good standing of the California State Bar to be considered for this role Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• 2-3 years in reputed company estate or transactional reputed company estate or corporate transactional (reputed company estate experience is a plus)
• Forming and maintaining business entities and advising and strategizing with clients on potential opportunities
• Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
• Representing clients in reputed company acquisitions, financings, Leasing, and reputed company reputed company estate transactions
• Drafting and negotiating various agreements

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California State Bar
• Strong drafting skills
• Highly team-oriented
