Responsibilities

Performance Expectations (Showing Assistant Specific)

• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Maintain consistent client communication (at least weekly)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Active California reputed company Estate License Must hold and maintain a valid reputed company estate salesperson or broker license.
• Association & MLS Memberships Responsible for joining and maintaining membership with a local REALTOR® association and MLS, and covering associated fees and dues.
• Compliance & Ethics Must operate in full compliance with:
