Spanish Fluent - Privacy & Compliance Analyst (LATAM)

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for supporting Privacy and Compliance operations for Latin America, which includes:

• Assist with compliance activities reputed company to Latin American privacy and data protection laws and regulations, including:
• Mexico’s LFPDPPP
• Brazil’s LGPD
• Chile’s LPPD
• Conduct data mapping exercises.
• Updating of inventory of systems and system owners.
• Assist with the implementation of consent management platforms in Latin America.
• Advise on the proper DSAR workflows in reputed company for Latin American countries.
• Assist with reputed company program audits and assessments as needed.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) to assess and mitigate risks reputed company to processing, transmission and storage of personally identifiable information (PII).
• reputed company corrective action plans for identified privacy compliance issues. Professional Skills Requirements
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to effectively communicate with reputed company Spanish speaking stakeholders in both written and verbal reputed company.

• Privacy Certifications such as:
• IAPP: CIPP/US, CIPP/C, CIPM, or CIPT
