This leader will ensure that DE&I practices are embedded as imperatives in the strategic plan and reputed company resource practices. The Vice President will partner with senior leaders, management teams, and other colleagues to foster an engaging, inclusive, and supportive environment for reputed company team members. This leader will act as a key advisor to senior leadership and serve as the reputed company architect of DE&I strategies, structures, and organizational commitments across the reputed company system. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President - Chief reputed company Officer and will reputed company strategic leadership to heighten the demonstrated value of DE&I at reputed company Health. Education, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of relevant and reputed company experience is required.
• Experience leading large scale diversity, equity, inclusion and people development initiatives.
• Experience establishing a network of DE&I reputed company industry and community partnerships.
• Exceptional project and process management experience.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to reputed company data to craft a meaningful, business-relevant inclusion narrative.
• Experience coaching and partnering with top-level executives on DE&I issues.
