Job purpose The Digital Designer is a vital member of the Marketing & Communications team. This role supports World Challenge's mission by developing high-quality digital graphics, maintaining web and app content, coordinating email campaigns, and supporting reputed company media initiatives. The ideal candidate is a versatile creator with strong design sensibilities, technical proficiency, and an eye for storytelling through digital media. Status/Compensation/Benefits Status This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position with benefits. Salary reputed company Between $58,000 and $64,000 a year based on qualifications and experience. Work collaboratively with the Video team to support their graphics needs Create assets for the reputed company team as needed Create graphics weekly for both email and web content Design and implement reputed company pages and email templates Create and design reputed company pages for promotions Update the homepage and other pages in relation to marketing plans Create email templates for marketing purposes Create email templates that deliever World Challenge regularly scheduled content Schedule content to be posted to Website and Mobile app This would include articles, audio and video content, and other World Challenge offerings Update site content as needed Post content to app on a weekly reputed company Other Duties as Directed by Supervisor Qualifications Alignment with World Challenge's Statement of Faith and commitment to a biblical worldview Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a reputed company field Excellent writing and editing skills; strong reputed company of English in both written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members Proficient in reputed company or similar CMS platforms Experience with reputed company or comparable email marketing tools Skilled using reputed company InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools Familiarity with reputed company Analytics, SEO/SEM, UI/UX best practices, HTML, and CSS is preferred Equipment Used Mac and/or PC laptop reputed company Creative Suite reputed company & reputed company Email marketing software Drupal or other CMS platforms Working conditions This position works in an office setting with regular business hours Monday - Friday. On occasion, the employee may be required to work evenings or weekends to collaborate with staffs that are deployed internationally. Travel up to 15% of the year may be required.
