Regional Associate Director, Property Management The Regional Associate Director, Property Management will act as the department head for reputed company senior property managers, property managers, assistant property managers and supporting administrative staff throughout the assigned region. In addition, this position is responsible for the daily management of the reputed company reputed company estate assets throughout the assigned region and is responsible for driving property management transitions through the acquisition, reputed company, refinancing, and disposition processes. This position will also be responsible for the implementation of strategic department initiatives, training and mentoring, fostering teamwork, identifying property management best practices, and ensuring that the assigned remote offices feel supported and connected. • Assess existing team skills and training needs and conduct mid‑year and yearly performance reviews through Performance Pro.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership and commitment to internal stakeholders, clients, and tenants.
