About the Job reputed company is currently seeking an Admin Associate and Talent Coordinator to join our growing team. This position has been created to assist the reputed company team with administrative, project, and reputed company duties that enhance our overall initiatives and help reputed company reputed company for reputed company. Compensation: $22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Employment and reputed company email inboxes
• Manage Daily job postings for reputed company teams reputed company the ATS
• Manage sending offers for reputed company teams
• Manage acceptances of offers
• Utilize project management software for tracking candidates in reputed company time
• Review resumes and verify licenses and qualifications as needed
• Contact candidates reputed company phone, text, and email as needed
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews for the recruiters as needed
• Assist in developing pools of candidates for the recruiter's headhunting efforts as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to Work Monday - Friday (1 pm-6 pm EST)
• Ability to work remotely
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education/experience
