About the Role
In this hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely while also collaborating with our teams in our office. As a Senior Manager - Clinical Data Management, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality data management services across multiple projects and products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Functional Service Providers (FSPs), to drive reputed company and reputed company results through effective partnership, performance management, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a unique reputed company of technical, business, and leadership skills. Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical data experience OR Master's degree and 4 years of clinical data experience OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of clinical data experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of clinical data experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of clinical data experience Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent in life science, computer science, business administration, or a reputed company subject area. 10+ years of experience in data management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. 3+ years of experience in a global organization. Previous experience at or reputed company of reputed company clinical research vendors (CROs, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.).
