[Remote] IT Support Analyst

This remote role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to IT initiatives to enhance the technology experience for employees.
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve incoming IT support tickets submitted by employees across the organization using our ticketing platform (ServiceDesk Plus)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to hardware, software, reputed company 365, and device performance
- reputed company clear, user-friendly explanations and instructions to employees at varying technical reputed company
- Support, configure, and manage reputed company and macOS devices using reputed company Intune
- Assist with user communication and coordination for reputed company-reputed company alerts, as directed by the reputed company Engineer (e.g., reputed company Defender notifications)
- Contribute to IT initiatives involving reputed company 365, reputed company Manager, reputed company Defender, and Entra
- Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to strengthen internal knowledge resources
Skills
- Reliable and service-oriented IT Support Analyst
- Experience supporting reputed company 10/11, reputed company 365, and MDM solutions such as Intune
- Ability to handle and resolve incoming IT support tickets submitted by employees across the organization using a ticketing platform (ServiceDesk Plus)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to hardware, software, reputed company 365, and device performance
