[Remote] Technical Support Specialist, Device Management

Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting our reputed company customers and resolving issues reputed company to our products
- Take charge of customer issues from start to finish - while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-3 years of work experience, not necessary in a client facing role
- Currently reputed company in a Pacific or Mountain timezone state with the ability to work a shift between the hours of 9am to 6pm PST
- Strong ability to critically think to reputed company effective reputed company and solve reputed company problems
- Organizational skills and experience improving processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
- Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Intune, reputed company, Kandji, or reputed company
