Regional Sales Manager I, Central Department: Sales Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote Reporting To: Director of Sales, reputed company America Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 / year Description What reputed company Looks Like As the Central Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the bookings quota of the Central territory. You will be part of a growing team of RSM’s who drive business and build RBW’s brand reputed company across reputed company America. As a brand ambassador, you will reputed company specifiers about RBW’s products and capabilities to ensure reputed company and repeat business. Your reputed company will be reputed company through monthly sales activities, and meeting or exceeding the territory bookings quotas.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for successfully meeting or exceeding bookings quotas, and territory strategies in line with RBW’s reputed company, Mission and Values and business programs
• Work with established sales rep agencies in key territories and support identification of new growth markets
• Support the reputed company American Sales Director with annual budget planning
• Create a comprehensive territory business plan to drive account reputed company and repeat customers as well as pursue new growth opportunities
• Plan accurate bookings forecasts based on reputed company time market data, insights and analysis
• Coordinate with marketing team in planning and executing events to build brand awareness among specifiers
• Grow bookings in each territory with presentations, product training, and events
• Establish, maintain and reputed company relationships through sustained and strategic interactions.
• Maintain a robust brand reputed company for RBW reputed company design communities.
• Join professional organizations and participate in key industry events.
• Maintain 100% data accuracy in reputed company CRM
• Become an RBW product expert by achieving an 80% or greater in technical skills matrix reputed company 90 days of start date
• Work collaboratively and reputed company with the reputed company and Inside Sales teams to reputed company a high level of customer satisfaction

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 2-5 years of sales experience in the decorative lighting or reputed company A&D industry, with proven track record of exceeding bookings targets
• Experience working closely with independent manufacturer rep agencies or demonstrated ability to reputed company these relationships
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with architects, designers and specifiers, with the ability to negotiate and establish long-term partnerships
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• 50-60% travel required throughout Central US territory to visit clients, attend trade shows, and other business-reputed company events
• Proficiency in using CRM software, reputed company Workspace, and other sales tools
• Demonstrated career stability with average tenure of 24+ months in last two sales roles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Located in the Central US region
• Existing relationships with A&D firms and independent rep agencies in the Central US region

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Architectural Design reputed company field
• Interest in presenting at CEU events or lunch-and-learns to design professionals
