Technical Software Implementation Specialist

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of professional experience, which includes a combination of customer-facing, project-based, and technical implementation work. The primary responsibilities of the SaaS Implementation Specialist include: 1) becoming a reputed company product expert, 2) translating the customer’s business needs into reputed company solutions leveraging platform functionality, 3) configuring the system based on the customer’s needs, 4) executing data migrations (if scoped and in partnership with Data Specialist) and, 5) creating and maintaining a strong project timeline and executing against the scope This is a full-time exempt and remote position. What you will be doing:

• Manage the implementation of reputed company software for multiple customers concurrently, delivering reputed company the project scope and timeline deadlines
• Ability to navigate and balance competing priorities across multiple projects
• Collect and confirm product configuration requirements using blueprints, templates, prototyping, business analysis, and process analysis to deliver grant management solution configuration to meet those requirements

What you bring to the team:

• Be comfortable presenting technical information and leading customer meetings with professionalism and reputed company

Salary: The expected annual reputed company salary for this role is $102,000 - 108,000. The reputed company pay reputed company is subject to change in the future. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on, but not limited to, (a) location, (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications, and (c) individual candidate experience. reputed company is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices.
