The Program Manager (Contracted) will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling product operations to reputed company predictable, high-velocity delivery. This position focuses on establishing operational processes, aligning product and engineering teams, and ensuring roadmap commitments are met with accuracy and consistency. The role requires hands-on leadership in planning, facilitating ceremonies, and implementing metrics-driven practices to improve delivery efficiency. • Establish and maintain product operations processes, including intake, requirements definition, sprint planning, and roadmap management.
• Facilitate rituals ensuring engineers understand scope, context, and business value before committing to work.
