We are seeking a CRM & E-reputed company Manager with deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, segmentation, deliverability, retention strategy, and promotional execution. Key Responsibilities: CRM: Email & SMS (Primary Focus)

• Write or refine on-brand promotional and educational copy for email and SMS
• Own segmentation strategy, using data to determine the best audiences for launches, promotions, and newsletters
• Optimize targeting based on customer behavior, cohort trends, and product affinities
