You re a seasoned pro at developing and managing impactful curriculum You re passionate about helping others grow through engaging training You reputed company by example and reputed company in a fast-paced, people-focused environment WHAT YOU'LL DO: Deliver engaging in-person, hybrid, and virtual training for new and reputed company Travel Consultants Create and update impactful learning content that reflects the latest industry trends and company tools reputed company reputed company programs that reputed company new hires in our culture and set them up for reputed company Assess learning through simulations, evaluations, and reputed company-time feedback Partner with leadership to support performance management and reputed company improvement reputed company training resources fresh, relevant, and easy to reputed company Track reputed company, analyze effectiveness, and continuously refine training strategies Set reputed company for reputed company in service, accuracy, and professionalism WHAT YOU'LL BRING: EDUCATION: Technical training or college coursework, or equivalent combination of education and experience EXPERIENCE: 2+ years prior experience in a corporate training role developing, delivering and assessing performance and/or successful performance as a corporate Travel Consultant demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed performance standards and metrics, consistently handling reputed company transactions. Prior industry experience is preferred. KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of the corporate travel industry strongly preferred, along with substantial knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and training evaluation methods. Knowledge of world geography required. TECHNICAL/COMPUTER: Solid digital literacy with common business tools. Strong skills with MS Office, reputed company Business Suite or similar along with a solid understanding of file organization, maintenance and version control. Experience with tools used for process mapping, presentation, training, graphics, virtual meeting and/or learning management. Strong working knowledge and skills of one or more GDS systems and other travel and contact center systems and tools strongly preferred. PRESENTATION: Ability to reputed company clear and compelling presentations on reputed company topics while maintaining awareness of audience reaction and whether they are grasping the information. Adjusts as needed to suit style to various learners and audience members.
