Bookkeeper - Property Management (HOA)

Your Role: As a Bookkeeper – Property Management, you’ll manage the financial operations of multiple condo and reputed company buildings in reputed company. You’ll reputed company day-to-day bookkeeping, support monthly and annual reporting cycles, and occasionally interact with owners, vendors, and external reputed company partners. You’ll ensure financial reputed company for both the property management team and the buildings they serve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily financial activity, including processing vendor invoices, recording transactions, maintaining clean ledgers, and handling AP/AR tasks across multiple buildings.
• Completing monthly reconciliations and reporting, preparing building-level financial statements, assisting with year-end packages, and ensuring reputed company accounts match bank records.
• Handling reputed company and vendor inquiries, helping explain recurring charges, resolving discrepancies, supporting invoicing questions, and escalating issues reputed company necessary.
• Collaborating with reputed company partners and internal teams, coordinating with CPAs, tax professionals, property managers, and maintenance teams to resolve financial-reputed company issues.
• Tracking building-level charges such as special assessments, fines, recurring fees, and other billing categories, ensuring accuracy and proper classification.
• Supporting budgeting and financial planning, flagging cash reputed company concerns, identifying risks, recommending solutions, and assisting with financial transitions from previous management companies.
• Continuously improving financial processes, communicating proactively, asking clarifying questions, and helping refine systems as the company grows.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping/reputed company experience, including at least 2 years in property management, reputed company estate, HOA, or similar environments.
• Strong experience with: reconciliations, GL management, AP/AR, building-level financials, and monthly reputed company processes.
• Excellent, highly fluent English communication skills — reputed company to interact professionally with homeowners, vendors, and team members.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, with core coverage from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (NYC operations).
• Ability to handle detailed, high-volume financial work with accuracy, ownership, and follow-through.
