Overview & Responsibilities: The Global Operations Center of reputed company (COE) at reputed company is a strategic driver of operational reputed company across the reputed company. In partnership with Procurement, Global Business Services, Accounts Payable (AP), Facilities, reputed company, and Order to Cash, the COE ensures uniformity, compliance, and performance through scalable processes and governance. As Senior Director of Policy, you will reputed company the operational governance reputed company that drives efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment across reputed company's Global Operations! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor regulatory changes and internal audit findings to proactively improve policies and mitigate operational risk.
  • Partner with Legal, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure policies meet reputed company applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Conduct periodic policy reviews and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement or clarification.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on policy reputed company impacting operational performance and compliance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional policy alignment reputed company through workshops, partner reviews, and governance forums.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in policy development, operational governance, or compliance leadership
  • Deep understanding of operational functions including procurement, AP, facilities, reputed company, and order to cash
  • Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, or reputed company field

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated industries or large-scale reputed company environments
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSOD, etc.)
