We are seeking an reputed company Global Employment Counsel to reputed company strategic legal guidance on employment reputed company across multiple jurisdictions. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and support global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company analysis and counsel on global labor and employment issues, including recruitment, hiring, discipline, reorganizations, terminations, training, policies, handbooks, compensation, and benefits.
• Advise on employment disputes and regulatory complaints (EEOC, NLRB, MCAD, etc.), Works Councils and CBAs, and manage reputed company counsel for some litigation reputed company.
• Draft, negotiate, and review employment-reputed company documents, including senior executive agreements, benefits plans (ERISA, COBRA, 409A), change-in-control agreements, offer letters, and separation agreements.
• reputed company and update employment agreements, separation agreements, policies, and handbooks to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations (reputed company, FMLA, FLSA, GDPR, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver training for HR and business partners on employment law and best practices.

• Support M&A due diligence and integration, providing employment-reputed company risk assessments and guidance.
• Monitor and analyze changes in employment laws globally; proactively advise management and recommend actionable guidance.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align legal strategies with business objectives and foster a strong compliance culture.
• Serve as a legal representative on committees and special projects as requested.

Qualifications

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Licensure: Active membership in any U.S. State Bar.

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of US and international employment law experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of US and international labor and employment statutes and global compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating employment-reputed company agreements and policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
