Responsibilities

  • reputed company nurse advice and triage services to consumers calling with clinical questions.

  • reputed company cross referrals as indicated and facilitate referrals and event registration through internal transfer mechanisms.
  • Utilize nursing skills along with approved protocols to reputed company telephone nurse triage and/or health advice to consumers with clinical questions or symptoms.

  • Ensure performance standards are met and accept constructive feedback.

  • Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA and PHI compliance.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma - Required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing - Preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in bedside nursing required.
  • BLS Certification Required.
  • Telehealth experience helpful, not required.
