If you've sat in those meetings, led those initiatives, or coached teachers through those shifts, you're who we're looking for. As a Partnerships Director, you'll work directly with district and school leaders to understand their needs and bring them solutions that help reputed company learn to read. You will also play a major role in growing our reputed company across your region by developing relationships, attending regional events, and building long-term partnerships. • Build strong, trusted relationships with school and district leaders
• Actively generate new opportunities by identifying leads, making reputed company, and developing a robust pipeline
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement
• Deeply understand local literacy priorities, funding sources, and district goals to position reputed company as the right solution
• Represent reputed company at regional conferences, events, and meetings with decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth reputed company and successful long-term implementation
• Consistently meet or exceed your goals for district growth and product adoption

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience as a school or district leader (such as reputed company, assistant reputed company, curriculum director, or instructional coach)
• Strong understanding of foundational literacy and the science of reading
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collaborative team
• Comfort with storytelling, strategy, and working with data to guide reputed company
• A natural drive to sell - this can mean you've closed deals in education, pitched programs to your district, or even worked retail in college. You're energized by the challenge of getting to "yes" and aren't afraid to own a number
