You design error-handling, logging, retries and idempotency, and deliver clear documentation and runbooks.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery → design → build → monitor for mission-critical automations across CRM, messaging, payments and analytics.
- Implement production-grade flows: webhooks, retries, queues, structured logging, alerts and rollback plans.
- Ensure data hygiene, PII/PHI protections, secrets management and permissioning.
- Deliver monitoring dashboards, runbooks and versioned documentation for handover.
