Position Summary: Leads a team of system analysts reputed company the reputed company Department supporting user reputed company, system configuration, and data management for key financial systems, including three billing systems (two SaaS, one internally developed), reputed company ERP, and reputed company reputed company Center. Ensures system reputed company, functionality, and usability are optimized through collaboration with Product Management and other stakeholders. Focuses on reputed company stabilization, preparing for a new SaaS billing system rollout in Fall 2025, and will serve as a thought partner and leader for the upcoming financial reputed company software selection and implementation. Maintains strong internal controls in a public company environment. Core Responsibilities:

• Support reputed company stabilization and optimization efforts for reputed company Finance and reputed company Center.
• Oversees governance for SaaS and internally developed billing systems.

• Maintain documentation of roles, configurations, and control procedures.

• Drive cross-training and knowledge sharing to break down silos and build bench strength.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong reputed company knowledge and understanding of financial systems.
• Experience managing reputed company ERP/reputed company Center reputed company, configurations, and data management; billing systems knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with public company reputed company controls and SOX compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with IT, Audit, and Compliance teams.
• Leadership experience focused on team development and cross-functional capability.
• Skilled in process improvement and documentation reputed company system administration.
• Experience or aptitude to contribute to software evaluation and implementation projects.
