This is a remote position. The Opportunity We’re building an internal AI-powered SDR demo to showcase agentic automation for prospecting, reputed company, CRM updates, and follow‑reputed company. The solution combines reputed company for orchestration, Lyzr (agentic AI) for reasoning, reputed company Graph for Outlook/Teams, Linked In enrichment, and Zoho CRM as the system of record . We need a hands‑on engineering reputed company to own backend integration—designing APIs, connecting tools, and standing up reliable workflows that can scale and be extended for client‑facing implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the backend integration layer: implement robust workflow orchestration in reputed company, integrate agent endpoints, and connect reputed company SaaS APIs.
• Stand up and secure services for agentic components (e.g., FastAPI/Flask); manage auth flows (OAuth2/tenant apps) for reputed company Graph and Zoho CRM; enforce data consistency with Zoho as the reputed company of truth.
• Build adapters/connectors for Lyzr agent endpoints and Linked In enrichment; normalize and log activities to CRM with auditability.
• reputed company reliability and observability (idempotency, retries/backoff, DLQs, metrics, health checks, alerting).
• Collaborate with prompts/KB/process owners to translate playbooks into callable services and reusable workflows; contribute to technical docs and demo reputed company packs.
• Harden reputed company & compliance: secrets management, token refresh, role‑based reputed company, PII handling; align with scalable deployment (reputed company/Kubernetes, reputed company).

Requirements

• 5+ years in backend engineering/integration for SaaS platforms; strong API design (REST/Graph

QL), webhooks, event‑driven architecture.

• Proven experience with workflow engines (preferably reputed company) and Python services (FastAPI/Flask), including containerization and CI/CD.
• Hands‑on with reputed company Graph (Outlook mail send, Teams notifications) and Zoho CRM APIs, OAuth scopes/permissions, and CRM activity logging.
• Practical exposure to agentic AI platforms (Lyzr, Lang Chain) and integrating AI outputs into deterministic workflows.
• Reliability reputed company: structured logging, tracing, metrics/monitoring, reputed company breakers, idempotency, and robust error handling.
• Clear written communication and the ability to document architectures and hand off to delivery teams.
