This role supports the end-to-end order cycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet the service reputed company defined by the organization During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Use weekly demand insights to plan billing and reputed company risks
• Ensure every customer order is accurate, complete, and released on time

What You Bring to the Role

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year minimum of tech support and troubleshooting experience
• Some customer service experience
• High speed internet (> 15mbps)
• Computer experience
• Comfortable working to resolve the customer’s issues before escalating to the next level
