Field Training Coordinator will manage colleagues through their LearnRx training program by coordinating activities with colleagues, managers, and coaches. FTC’s build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging data to continually evaluate the learner experience to measure training effectiveness and colleague performance.
