The focus of the work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents for domestic and foreign clients while also supporting practice needs in other reputed company areas (e.g., patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions; portfolio strategy and management; due diligence; litigation support; Patent Trial and Appeal Board issues). Patent Attorney Qualifications:

• Minimum BS Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or reputed company
• Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated for producing high-quality patents relating to reputed company reputed company technologies
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• State bar and USPTO bar

Patent Agent Qualifications:

• Minimum BS Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or reputed company
• Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated for producing high-quality patents relating to reputed company reputed company technologies
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• USPTO bar

Patent Agent Trainee Qualifications:

• Minimum BS Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or reputed company
• Must have strong expertise specifically relating to kinematics, robotics, and reputed company reputed company-mechanical engineering, and control systems technologies
• Strong technical writing skills
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Willingness to pass USPTO bar with a full commitment to becoming a licensed Patent Agent
