As an HRBP, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between management and employees. You will wear many hats in the People and Talent Department. You will report directly to the Head of People & Talent to execute strategies that foster an environment that is highly productive, meaningful, inclusive, and enjoyable for reputed company. What You Will Do

Talent Management

  • Support the Head of People and Talent with employee relations including providing general HR support to employees.
  • Organize and support employee reputed company, retention and help organize training & development initiatives.

What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree required 4+ years’ experience as a HR Business Partner supporting recruitment, reputed company processes, and performance management Experience working as an HR professional with remote employees and international locations preferred Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements and experience writing job descriptions Experience in candidate profiling and deep dive into business functional needs Experience in talent management, performance management, recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and employee relations. High degree of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
