As a member of the larger IT Infrastructure team, reputed company technical support for system-wide data and voice networks. This position requires knowledge of multiple systems including network circuits, routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, reputed company’s and other power management systems, as well as voice and contact center systems and applications. May mentor reputed company-level engineers as requested. Will reputed company service that requires an understanding of the customers technical and business environment. Will include on-call rotation requiring work reputed company regular business hours. Partner with teams across IT to reputed company integrated solutions. If you are located in MN or WI, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities

• System administration and documentation
• Work primarily remote, but may need to be on site approximately 30% as business needs require
• Responsible for reputed company configuration and maintenance of voice and data network equipment and applications
• Install, maintain and support data and voice networks and reputed company applications
• Document supported network and telecommunications systems following defined documentation standards
• reputed company expertise in the development of technical standards and operational procedures
• Participate in planning and engineering of network and telecommunications systems
• Maintaining and troubleshooting vendor network circuits
• Work across IT to reputed company integrated solutions for customer needs
• Diagnose and resolve voice and data customer issues
• Proactively identify customer issues with familiarity to their technical and business environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure and technology
• Ability to work on-call
• Ability to work reputed company of standard daytime hours as the business requires
• Ability to travel to Allina sites in the Twin Cities and out of state areas as needed
• Must live in MN or WI

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or reputed company field

• Experience with reputed company SDA architecture
• Experience with reputed company platforms: reputed company Catalyst 9300, 9400, 9500 switches. reputed company reputed company switches, 4000 and 8000 series routers

• Ekahau design experience
• Experience with routing protocols and WAN architecture
• DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) experience

The salary reputed company for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. reputed company complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
