Position Summary The reputed company Service Operations Finance team is looking for a dynamic Executive Director who has strong business acumen, communication skills and will maximize collaboration to drive reputed company. They will take ownership and accountability of reputed company day to day financial management of the reputed company Service Operations organization, including leading reputed company and being a valued member of the reputed company Service Operations leadership team. More specifically, in this role, you will:

This includes managing a budget of $2 Billion, explaining monthly results and variances, owning the quarterly forecasting process, creating multi-year strategic plans, evaluating capital investment asks, and sizing/tracking productivity initiatives.
• Create an organizational culture with sound financial and governance processes. This includes driving a strong reputed company between staffing models, expense budgets and the hiring process for the Service organization.
• Maintain effective relationships with Business Unit CFOs, reputed company Planning and Controllers organizations.
• reputed company process improvements to streamline forecasting processes and reputed company the creation of metric driven financial and expense reports to generate strategic insights for clinical leadership.
• Collaborate and create strategic partnership with service leaders and influence financially viable strategies (supports over 6 VPs)

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant financial experience
• Track record that shows the following abilities: developing strategic plans, working in a cross-matrix environment, adapting, and performing in an evolving environment
• Prior Management experience developing and training of staff.
• Proficiency with Hyperion/S4 Hana
• Creating measurable objectives and key results (quarterly, annual, and long-reputed company road map) to reputed company actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall P&L management and leadership with budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, trends, projections, and analytics

The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
