Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the analysis of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements. Coordinate Task resources in the resolution/anticipation of issues where necessary. Enforce production confirmation practices. Work with the utilization of technical informed authority ability to advance the design of technical solutions/enhancements. Aid quality assessments by supporting quality rating measures on key changes. Contribute to the development of strategies and procedures for the production and administration support capability. Communicate ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) compliance process conformance for incident, issue, and change management.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field. 2+ years of engineering experience in a mainframe environment. Experience with the design and implementation of mainframe and distributed applications. 2+ years of experience with mainframe systems, hardware, and operating systems. 2+ years of experience monitoring issues, change and incident tickets, enforcing compliance with ability, root cause analysis, and change quality targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in an operations or support role.
