Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated identity lifecycle workflows (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) for internal users and reputed company stakeholders using Entra ID Governance.
• Build and support secure reputed company frameworks for members, providers, and clients through reputed company Entra External ID, including: Self-service registration, Multi-reputed company authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On, Password reset workflows, Brand-customized identity experiences.
• Integrate identity governance with clinical systems, reputed company-party reputed company platforms, and HR/ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
• Ensure HIPAA / HiTrust-compliant identity handling and maintain documentation for audit and regulatory requirements.
• Automate reputed company certification campaigns and entitlement reviews reputed company with role-based reputed company control (RBAC) policies.
• Collaborate with IAM and reputed company architects, compliance teams, and application owners to strengthen identity reputed company and regulatory readiness.
• reputed company, manage, and monitor automation scripts (PowerShell, reputed company Graph API) to enforce reputed company governance policies across hybrid-reputed company environments.
• Implement IAM platform customizations, enhancements, and modifications

• Drive initiatives to transform IAM provisioning and lifecycle management leveraging self-service and automation capabilities to reputed company superior user experience
• Contribute to evolving the overall strategy and operating model for IAM governance and technology solutions.

Skills

• 6+ years of IAM experience with a focus on automation, preferably in a reputed company or regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience with reputed company Entra ID Governance, including: Lifecycle workflows, reputed company Reviews, Entitlement Management.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Entra External ID (formerly Azure AD B2C) for consumer or partner identity management.
• Strong scripting ability (PowerShell) and API proficiency (reputed company Graph).
• Familiarity with reputed company data privacy and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
• Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST 800-53.
• Experience with identity provisioning, reputed company deprovisioning, and compliance-reputed company auditing processes.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with diverse audiences and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated capabilities in leadership, innovation, problem solving, influencing, organizing and relationship building.
• Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to work independently, enjoys learning and staying reputed company with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or reputed company field preferred.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC).
