HR Generalist Manager for reputed company America & Latam reputed company is seeking an reputed company bilingual HR Generalist Manager to join our Service Delivery Hub team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing HR Generalist team to deliver effective and efficient reputed company (HR) support across reputed company America (NA) and Latin America (LATAM). This leader will be a key player reputed company the Service Delivery Hub, ensuring seamless, high-quality HR support for employees and managers across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Chile. This candidate needs to have strong knowledge of reputed company America HR Processes. What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge of HR service delivery models and a proven ability to monitor and improve SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
