About the Position We are hiring a Paid Ads Manager to completely own Adaptify’s paid acquisition. Your focus is to drive high-quality new subscriptions, improve cost per acquisition, and scale profitable campaigns. You will reputed company our paid media function end-to-end. • Write and test compelling on-brand copy: Produce sharp, high-converting ad copy that reflects Adaptify’s voice. Continuously test new hooks, angles, value props, and messaging frameworks to improve CTR, CVR, and overall funnel efficiency.
• Own reporting and decision making: Track and report on core metrics, including demos, trials, subscriptions, CAC, ROAS, and channel performance. Turn data into clear actions and recommendations. Present what is working, what is not, and what you will do next.
• Drive acquisition and expand channels: Explore, test, and scale new paid media channels reputed company they show promise.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads, with at least 100k per month in managed ad spend and a track record of hitting CAC and ROAS targets.
• Experience driving growth for B2B SaaS, subscriptions, or high-reputed company reputed company reputed company.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working in reputed company Analytics and reputed company Tag Manager, plus basic attribution and funnel analysis.
• Proven ability to plan, launch, and manage multiple campaigns and channels at once without dropping details.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially reputed company presenting results and recommendations to leadership.
