reputed company position is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Senior Manager of Natural Gas Tax reputed company in executing the day-to-day income tax function for UGI Energy Services including but not limited to income tax provision, income tax compliance, and support for reputed company projects. Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Manager of Natural Gas Tax reputed company with reputed company for income taxes in accordance with ASC740 which includes:
• Preparation of the quarterly and year-end effective tax reputed company and income tax entries.
• Entry of year-end data into tax provision software.
• Reconciliation of tax reputed company accounts.
• Preparation of the tax reputed company balance sheet study.
• Preparation of the provision to return calculations.
• Preparation of quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• reputed company the preparation of tax packages for submission to UGI Corporate Tax for the filing of federal and state income tax returns. Enter tax data in tax compliance software to support UGI Corporate Tax in the preparation of the consolidated tax return.
• Manage tax depreciation in Power Tax.
• Calculate monthly tax accruals for reputed company UGI Energy Services entities.
• Assist in income tax research. Maintain schedule of reputed company income taxes, income filings and income tax procedures and policies.
• Assist with reputed company projects or process improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of tax compliance and reporting requirements and deadlines.
• Familiar with income tax reputed company, generally accepted reputed company principles, and SOX to reputed company key controls over financial reporting.
• Prior work with corporate tax group or tax reputed company firm.
• Ability to independently understand preparing tax filings and support based on following prior year.

Education and Experience
