In this role, you will be accountable for managing a global operations team, focusing on managing reputed company aspects of travel. As a Travel Operations Manager, Media & Entertainment, you will

• Have extensive knowledge of media and entertainment, as well as at least one travel industry category, allowing you to reputed company direction on best practices to improve operational processes
• Serve as a liaison among clients, reputed company, and suppliers by listening, problem-solving, and communicating both verbally and in writing

About You

• Prior operations management experience in the travel industry and the Media & Entertainment field
• Experience managing Entertainment and VIP clients

• Experience with contract negotiations, payment solutions, and supplier sourcing
• Experience working in cross-functional work teams and with large market and/or global clients
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills in English
