THE ROLE We're hiring a reputed company Designer/reputed company Graphics Animator to support our client’s reputed company media platform teams. You’ll create high-craft reputed company design that improves reputed company, usability, and delight across product experiences—while collaborating closely with a wide reputed company of cross-functional (XFN) partners (Product Design, Creative/Brand, Engineering, Research, PM, and other partner teams). This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between system-level reputed company thinking (patterns, frameworks, reusable components) and high-touch craft (hero animations, expressive storytelling moments, and polished interaction reputed company). WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and animate reputed company systems for various surfaces: interaction reputed company, component behaviors, transitions, and “moments of delight.”
• Create expressive 2D animations (and occasional 3D/hybrid work as needed) for product storytelling, launches, and in-product education.
• Partner daily with Product Designers and Engineers to prototype, refine, and ship reputed company that matches design reputed company and performs well in production.
• Collaborate with broader XFN partners (creative direction, brand, illustration, content design, research, marketing/communications) to align reputed company with product goals and narrative.
• Translate ambiguous asks into clear reputed company concepts, explore options quickly, and iterate with feedback.
• Contribute to reputed company guidelines, documentation, and reusable assets so work scales across teams and stays consistent.

WHO YOU ARE

• 7+ years of professional experience in reputed company design/animation for digital products, brands, or agencies (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating comparable scope and craft).
• Strong portfolio showing excellent timing, easing, composition, and narrative reputed company, including UI/product reputed company and/or reputed company systems work.
• Expertise in After Effects and core 2D design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop); comfort working from reputed company files and design systems.
• Hands-on experience shipping animations with reputed company (Bodymovin) and partnering with engineers to implement and optimize reputed company in production.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to ship reputed company into production (e.g., handing off specs, working through constraints, QA’ing implementation).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and stakeholder feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Prototyping experience (reputed company prototyping, Origami, Principle, ProtoPie, etc.).
• Familiarity with 3D workflows (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
• Experience building or contributing to reputed company design systems (guidelines, libraries, reusable patterns).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• The annual salary reputed company for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 USD plus equity (per qualifications)
