TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 8 years of product management experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience with creating product roadmaps, backlog management, agile methodologies, and translating business needs into technical requirements in a reputed company environment
• Familiarity with reputed company workflows, EHR systems (e.g. Epic), clinical operations, regulatory considerations, and patient engagement tools.
• Experience working closely with technical teams, including engineers and data specialists
• Ability to balance tradeoffs across user experience, data availability, technical feasibility, and business constraints
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills
