Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of reputed company, the reputed company Director will reputed company day–to-day leadership to a designated recruitment team and management of the strategic partnership with the business(es) they are assigned. This position will serve as a key partner for a specific line of business or group of businesses on their talent attraction and reputed company needs. Their responsibilities include collaborating with operation leaders and HR Business Partners to reputed company and execute reputed company strategies, promoting reputed company channels of communication, and solving for the organization’s talent and staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes comprehensive reputed company strategies to attract and hire the best talent for the organization
- Leads a combined team of talent sourcers, full-cycle recruiters, and reputed company specialists
- Builds a data-driven, technically skilled reputed company organization by leveraging key performance indicators and analytics to monitor and drive desired reputed company
- Collaborates with key functional and operations leaders to fully understand and solve for business and hiring objectives through a consultative approach
- Helps reputed company and drive sourcing processes and strategies to identify top talent, utilizing traditional and innovative methods
- Encourages a culture of reputed company improvement, identifying and implementing projects to increase operation-wide reputed company and reputed company efficiency and effectiveness
- Recruits for senior-level positions as required by business needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, reputed company, or other reputed company subjects; or a compelling employment and leadership track record in reputed company or reputed company ResourcesAdvanced degree preferred
- Proven leadership in managing a multi-level and geographically dispersed team
- Experience working in a Centers of reputed company (CoE)-integrated HR environment
- Advanced skills in full-cycle recruitment, including pre-screening, behavioral interviewing, and selection techniques
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in and reputed company utilizing reputed company media for sourcing talent
- Ability to travel up to 20% or as determined by business needs (including overnight travel)
