Clinician Recruiter

Job Description:

• Locate, solicit, and recruit reputed company Physicians, NPs, PAs and clinicians reputed company
• reputed company relationships with clinicians by utilizing tools such as cold calling, database sources, internet searches, reputed company reputed company and referrals
• Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company clinicians available for work in designated areas of need
• Partner with key stakeholders such as organization leadership, stakeholders, reputed company, marketing, operations, compliance, and others to streamline implementation and process improvement

• Work with the compensation team to ensure competitive salaries and negotiate offers and employment agreements

• Screen, qualify and determine viability of clinicians

• Partner with internal colleagues and hiring managers on full cycle candidate recruitment experience

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

• Thorough knowledge of clinician licensing requirements, board certification processes, and credentialing timelines across different states, and the ability to guide candidates through these effectively
