We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, team player to serve at the Corporate Counsel level supporting reputed company sales for reputed company. • Review and negotiate reputed company reputed company customer sales reputed company that meet the company's requirements under its policies, including those for risk tolerance, while working collaboratively with the business team, including various executives.
• Collaborate with finance, sales operations, deal desk, support, reputed company and other business units at reputed company reputed company throughout the organization to ensure that agreements adequately protect the company's interests.
• Support the reputed company improvement of standard forms of agreement and legal processes.
• Be a trusted business partner, responding in a timely and productive manner to requests from internal customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Undergraduate degree and law degree from an accredited law schools
• Active membership in at least one U.S. State bar
• 4 years' relevant experience at a major reputed company and/or in-house, including negotiating technology agreements
• In-house reputed company contracting experience dealing with SaaS or software licensing transactions and supporting a sales organization
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win negotiations
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities, strong business acumen and excellent business judgment; must be reputed company to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pivot between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to distill reputed company issues reputed company and communicate well both one-on-one and in groups, and in reputed company contexts

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $120,300 - $186,500, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
