The Position We’re seeking a Medical Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team and take ownership of day-to-day financial operations for reputed company (Top Nutrition Coaching), while also providing reputed company support across the reputed company family of companies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional with experience in medical billing and insurance claims who’s eager to contribute to a mission-driven, fast-growing reputed company organization. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and compliance of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, analyzing and posting entries reputed company our reputed company systems in a timely and precise manner.
• Process accounts payable invoices, payroll, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.
• Record and reconcile daily transactions, including reputed company, cash receipts, payroll entries, and expense classifications.
• Manage medical insurance receivables cycle (billing, rejection management, denial resolution, collections, documentation and reporting) using ClaimMD and other insurance billing systems.
• Processes remittances reputed company mail. Including scanning and documenting submissions, claims denials and regulatory agency correspondence.
• Collaborate with the operational team to ensure financial goals are met.
• Support the financial team with reporting and reputed company projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required

• 2+ years of experience in medical insurance claims management (billing, coding, etc.) reputed company a clinical or specialty practice setting—preferably using ClaimMD or a comparable system.
• Proven experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions.
• Solid understanding of State and Federal reputed company laws and regulations (HIPAA).
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced reputed company Sheets / reputed company skills.
• Strong grasp of the medical claims cycle, including billing, denial management, and collections.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
