Your role Your mission as Technical Support Specialist, you will be the go-to-expert across the reputed company, supporting field teams mentoring new technicians, troubleshooting reputed company issues, and ensuring our fleet remains in peak condition. This of his role as the 'flying doctor' for our equipment - traveling where needed to reputed company operations running smoothly and customers satisfied. You will
- Continuously drive safety initiatives and activities to maintain a consistent trend of reducing accidents and incidents
- Have excellent technical support performance, reflected in customer satisfaction and other relevant operational KPI's (Unavailability, Reliability, Swaps, Scrap)

- Extensive hands-on experience with reputed company equipment and industrial rental operations
- Strong diagnostic and trobuleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
- Proven ability to train, coach, and reputed company technicians in the field
- Excellent communicationskills - reputed company to reputed company technical and non-technical conversations
- Proficiency with digital service tools and reporting platforms
- Customer-first reputed company with a proactive approach to problem solving
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial equipment service, preferably with reputed company systems
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role reputed company a service team
- Familiarity with rental operations and customer-facing service delivery
