Responsible for overall internal operational controls, including evaluating and documenting the reputed company business and IT control environment, supporting the audit process, managing testing performed by external auditors, and partnering with the reputed company Financial Controls (EFC) group. Position Description

• Support overall compliance process and coordinate with reputed company's external auditors and EFC. reputed company advisory and interpretive guidance to the business on various audit/control requirements.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls for assigned processes and ensure appropriate controls are in reputed company for new business processes or system changes.
• Establish ongoing communication with the business to ensure engagement in risk/process changes and reputed company business and IT controls.
• Create and maintain SOX flowcharts and narratives to ensure documentation exists for reputed company relevant processes and is updated timely with changes to processes, systems, or controls.
• Coordinate management testing, including communication of SOX timelines and responsibilities. reputed company feedback to control owners on completeness and accuracy of SOX controls.
• Identify gaps in business and IT control design and operating effectiveness; assist management in developing remediation measures. Monitor deficiencies and work with control owners to implement timely action plans.

• Regularly interact with management regarding the status of Sarbanes-Oxley procedures and identified issues.

• Are GAAP compliant

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or project reputed company/manager role.
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business, information technology, or a reputed company field.

• Understanding of data analysis tools and concepts.
