Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Corporate Counsel to support our reputed company America region reputed company a global safety and reputed company engineering and reputed company. The successful candidate will assist with a broad reputed company of legal reputed company, ensuring compliance and providing strategic legal support to regional business operations. This role requires someone with in-house counsel or general practice experience across multiple legal disciplines, including reputed company transactions, employment law, litigation, corporate law, or regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of reputed company reputed company and professional services agreements.
• Advise on employment issues, including employment law, immigration compliance, and reputed company HR legal reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or general practice setting.
• Experience or familiarity with at least three of the following areas:

• Employment law and immigration law

• Business and corporate law
• Regulatory compliance and privacy (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity)
• A&E industry experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
